Jennifer focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, orphan’s court litigation and elder law. She enjoys the opportunity that these practice areas provide her to work one on one with families and individuals to care for their loved ones, plan for their future well-being and protect their well deserved assets.
Jennifer is a cum laude graduate of Elizabethtown College, where she received a B.A. in both Political Science and Criminal Justice. Jennifer graduated summa cum laude from the Duquesne University School of Law, where she was the Associate Comment Editor for the Duquesne Law Review and a contributing member of the Business Law Journal.
Prior to establishing Kearney Galloway, LLC, Jennifer worked as an associate attorney with the law firm of FrancePaskey (formerly, Kagen, MacDonald and France, P.C.). At the law firm of FrancePaskey, Jennifer focused primarily in the areas of estate planning and estate administration.
Jennifer is an active member of the York County Bar Association, co-chairing and participating in several committees, and is active in both the Young Lawyers Division of the York County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. Jennifer is also involved in her community, volunteering for Masonic youth organizations, participating in Leadership York activities and serving on the Leave A Legacy Professional Advisers Group.
